The Central Conviction
The marketplace is one of the most significant mission fields of our time. More people spend more of their waking hours in business environments than in any other context. Christ-centered entrepreneurs who operate with integrity, generosity, and Kingdom values multiply the gospel through every transaction, every employee relationship, every vendor partnership, and every community they serve.

Theological Foundation

Work is not secular.
It is worship.

DreamFactory Family operates from a theology of work that sees business not as a necessary evil to fund ministry — but as ministry itself. Work is a primary arena in which God’s image is expressed through creativity, stewardship, service, and community.
The entrepreneur who builds a business that honors God, treats employees with dignity, serves customers with integrity, and gives generously is doing Kingdom work every day — whether or not there is a scripture verse on the wall.
